Most businesses don’t break.

They just become harder to run.

I help small businesses reduce operational pressure, improve how work flows day to day, and stop everything relying on one person holding it all together.

My background isn’t in “online businesses”.

It's in operational environments where things genuinely have to work.

·       Multi-site teams.

·       Compliance.

·       Funding requirements.

·       Onboarding.

·       Coordination.

·       Reporting.

·       Processes.

·       Staffing gaps.

·       Operational pressure.

The kind of environments where small mistakes become very visible very quickly.

I've worked across:

·       Theatres.

·       Housing associations.

·       Health and wellbeing centres.

·       Training companies.

·       Security companies.

·       PR agencies.

·       HR consultancies.

So, over the years I've become very good at spotting:

·       Where things are slowing down

·       What's relying too heavily on memory

·       Where operational pressure is building

·       And what's making businesses harder to run than they should be.

A few things about me

A woman with red hair and glasses, wearing red lipstick, posing with her chin resting on her hand.

I’m based in Cumbria and work with small businesses across the UK.

I like businesses that feel human.
I like practical solutions.
And I strongly believe most people don’t need more productivity hacks — they need less operational friction.

Outside work, I’m usually:

  • at a gig

  • drinking a cuppa somewhere atmospheric

  • walking while mentally reorganising five businesses at once

  • or convincing myself buying another notebook will finally fix everything.

(It won’t. But it’s become a personality trait at this point.)

I’m not interested in overcomplicating things.

Most businesses don’t need a 97-step workflow and a colour-coded dashboard nobody updates.

They usually need:

  • clearer operational flow

  • less dependency on one person

  • fewer bottlenecks

  • better visibility

  • and support that works in real life.

The goal isn’t perfection.

It’s making the business easier to manage day to day.

  • operational support

  • process improvement

  • reducing business dependency

  • making things easier to run day to day

Theo - Head of Morale & Meeting Interruptions

Responsible for:

  • emotional support

  • unsolicited meeting participation

  • dramatic reactions to delivery drivers

  • and maintaining absolutely no awareness of personal space during working hours

Strong opinions.
Questionable professionalism.
Excellent company.

Mostly.

If the business feels heavier than it should….

There’s usually a reason for that.

And most of the time, it’s fixable.
